Kathryn James is the Curator for Early Modern Books and Manuscripts at Yale University’s Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library.  She completed her doctorate in early modern British history at Oxford University and her Master’s of Library and Information Science at the University of Pittsburgh.  She has published on social networks in scholarship, from James Petiver to Stanley Milgram, in Archives of Natural History, Lumen, The Journal of Academic Librarianship, and elsewhere.
